Matt & Nannette Thomas, Pastor
Matt grew up in the Illinois suburbs of St. Louis. After graduating high school in 2002, he moved to Springfield Mo. to attend school at Central Bible College and Assemblies of God Theological Seminary (now Evangel University), where he met his wife Nannette. After 7 years of friendship, Matt and Nannette were married in 2011. They have two children, Cora and Eloise. Nannette is the Program and Resource Coordinator at Lost & Found Grief Center, a local non-profit. They joined the Solid Rock team in the fall of 2011. In their leisure time they enjoy playing with their girls, reading (theology and fiction), traveling, and hiking.
Austin Jacobs, Associate Pastor
Austin and Hillary Jacobs are both Evangel University graduates who met at Solid Rock. They got married in 2014 and have two boys, Jack and Conrad. Austin completed an M.A. in Religious Studies at Missouri State University and serves as the Director of Operations for the Acts 2 Journey. He serves at Solid Rock in a variety of roles.
Kevin Cott, Music Pastor
Kevin grew up in central Kansas, then moved to Joplin, Missouri to attend Ozark Christian College. He and his wife Courtney met while attending college and were married in 2007. Kevin and Courtney joined Solid Rock in 2012 and started volunteering. Eventually Kevin moved into the role of part-time Worship Pastor. Kevin and Courtney have three children, Harper, Nathanael and August.
